Shipping policy

 

Effective from May 27th, 2026

 

Note: For orders placed before the effective date, the terms and policies in effect at that time shall apply.

 

1. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer different shipping methods for different countries/regions, with corresponding fees.

 

(1) For the following listed countries/regions

We provide both Free Shipping Service andInternational Paid Shipping Service for all orders. Customers may select their preferred method at checkout.

 

a. Free Shipping Service

We will first use a Chinese carrier to send your parcel to the destination country, and then a local carrier for last-mile delivery. The table below lists the countries/regions eligible for free shipping, along with estimated delivery times and last-mile carriers.

b. International Paid Shipping Service

We will use UPS or FedEx to fulfill your shipment. This service generally offers faster delivery and includes signature upon delivery. A flat fee of $80 per parcel applies.

 

(2) For other countries/regions

Free shippingis not available. Only International Paid Shipping Service is offered, at a flat fee of $80 per parcel.

 

2. Customs & Duties

Customs duties and taxes are already included in the product price and will be prepaid by us to the carrier (except for Greenland and Brazil). Customers are not required to pay any additional fees. The carrier will handle all shipping and customs clearance. Customers only need to wait for the parcel to arrive after placing the order.

 

3. Order Processing Time

We will dispatch your order within 3 business days after payment and order confirmation (except for products with special notice). Once the goods are shipped, the system will automatically send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your shipment on our official website or the carrier’s website using the tracking number. During promotions or new product releases, high volumes of orders may cause processing delays. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.

 

4. Order Information Changes

If you have not yet received our shipment confirmation email after payment, you may contact us at “sales@mandler.shop” to request changes to your order information, including product changes and delivery address updates. Once the goods have been shipped, we cannot modify your order information (including delivery address), except for the “International Paid Shipping Service”, which supports address changes but at an additional shipping cost.

 

5. Shipping Anomaly Handling

For any shipping anomaly, please contact our customer service at “sales@mandler.shop”. Shipping anomaly include the following:

 

(1) Tracking status stops updating

This is generally due to slow transit or lost parcels. If the tracking status has not been updated for more than 5 days, customers may contact us, and we will report the issue to the carrier. If the tracking status has not been updated for more than 15 days, we will issue a refund or send a replacement parcel.

 

(2) Incorrect/invalid recipient address

If the recipient address is incorrect, the parcel will typically be returned to the carrier’s warehouse pending reshipment. Customers should contact our after-sales email as soon as possible with the correct address.

 

For Free Shipping Service, reshipment will take 515 days.

 

For International Paid Shipping Service, reshipment will take 15 days.

Please note that we cannot expedite this process.

 

(3) Carrier delivers to wrong address

If the carrier delivers to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund or send a replacement parcel. The customer will bear no loss.

 

(4) Parcel shows delivered but recipient has not received it

For parcels sent via the “International Paid Shipping Service”, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival and to prevent theft or other delivery issues.

For parcels sent via the “Free Shipping Service”, if the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the parcel (or it is stolen), we will assist in the investigation, but we cannot arrange a refund or similar compensation. If you are concerned about this situation, we recommend purchasing the International Paid Shipping Servicefor your shipment.
