1. Warranty Period

Mandler provides a one-yearlimited warranty for all products purchased directly from this website.

During the warranty period, Mandler will provide repair services and other applicable after-sales support for defects arising from non-man-made causes.

 

2. Scope of Warranty

(1) Products Eligible for Warranty

Each lens sold through this website is assigned a unique serial number.

To obtain warranty service, Consumers need to provide the following two pieces of information simultaneously.:

·       the lens serial number.

·       the corresponding order number.

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from this website.

 

(2)Products Not Eligible for Free Warranty Service

Mandler is unable to provide free warranty service for products purchased through channels other than this website. For such products, Mandler may offer paid repair services only.

“Other channels” include, but are not limited to:

a. Secondhand products purchased from resale or used-goods platforms

b. Products purchased from authorized dealers

(Customers could seek after-sales service directly from the dealer.)

c. Products purchased within Mainland China

For products obtained through the above channels, Mandler may provide paid repair services.Repair fees vary depending on the nature of the repair. Customers may contact sales@mandler.shop for consultation. Mandler does not cover round-trip shipping costs for such repairs. Shipping assistance may be provided, but all shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.

 

(3) Conditions Eligible for Free Warranty Service

For products purchased directly from this website, free warranty service is available under the following circumstances:

a. Non-man-made damage or performance issues occurring during normal use

b. Shipment errors, including discrepancies in product color, model, or quantity compared to the order

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

·       normal wear and tear

·       accidental damage

·       misuse or improper operation

·       unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification

·       any damage caused by human factors

 

3. Warranty Service Terms

(1) Within 14 Days of Receipt

Customers may request replacement or refund for product issues occurring within 14 days of receipt.

(2) Between 14 and 30 Days of Receipt

Customers may request repair or replacement for product issues occurring between 14 and 30 days of receipt.

(3) After 30 Days of Receipt

Only repair service is available for product issues occurring after 30 days.

(4) Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

·       For warranty claims made within 30 days, Mandler will cover all round-trip shipping costs.

·       For warranty claims made after 30 days, customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. Mandler may provide assistance with shipping arrangements.

 

4. Paid Repair Services

For products that are:

·       outside the warranty period, or

·       not purchased from this website,

Mandler offers paid repair services.Repair fees vary depending on the required work. Customers may contact sales@mandler.shop for detailed information. Mandler does not provide free round-trip shipping for paid repairs. Shipping assistance may be provided, but all shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.
