1. Return Policy

  1. You may request a refund unconditionally before the item has been shipped. For refunds requested due to customer’s own reasons, a handling fee of 5% of the refund amount will be charged.
  2. We allow Customers to request a return (not applicable to promotional or discounted items) or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
  3.  To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only items sold at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, promotional items, discounted items, or customized items cannot be refunded unless the item itself is faulty.
  4.  To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Before returning/exchanging an item, customers must send a notification email to sales@mandler.shop. Please do not send purchased items directly back to the manufacturer without prior notice.
  2.  After receiving your return/exchange request, we will reply via email with the return address and return instructions.
  3.  We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  1. If the return/exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the associated shipping costs. Please note that we are only responsible for the following two types of issues:
       (1) Incorrect product shipment, including discrepancies in product color, model, or quantity compared to your order.
       (2) Products with obvious appearance defects or functional issues.
  2.  If the return/exchange is initiated by the Customer, the Customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs will depend on the courier company you choose.
  3.  Customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
